I can reproduce this here, too.

It's a subtle bug in Django related to leap years :-( The test suite
only fails in the last week of a leap year. So the test-suite will work
again in three days.

I filed a bug report at Djnago:

staging: django fails to build

Django is failing its test suite on the staging branch:

I can reproduce this on my own machine, but I'm not sure what the
problem is.

Does anyone have any ideas?
