Google search turned up some on Etsy...I often have luck using old/ new 
straws..re purposed, if they can be cut and covered.

Lynn McMasters has a number of Regency bonnet patterns.  This weekend she
is teaching a workshop on her new jockey cap, I can give feedback then.
