[h-cost] Elizabethan world

I'm not sure who put in that posting, but I can't get the website to open. Does 
anyone know anything about the book?

Sorry for the delay in getting back to the list! Yes,
we had server troubles for about a week, and the
service ticket kept "getting lost". It's back now,
though, with lots of updates. If you have been using
the PDF version, I suggest you discard it and download
the new one, since there are changes and additions on
almost every page.

The paperback version will be available sometime this
summer, although the date is still TBD.  We're almost
finished with the design phase now!
