I was searching for costume books on the french amazon and found this:

Could anyone give me a translation of this?

Sure:
"Wardrobe of those around the queen.  Journal for the year 1782."
RMN is probably the museum or library from which the journal comes.
Likely it means "Réunion des musées nationaux".
