Personally, I have yet to find a useful way to graft activities into my 
workflows (which historically were always work-space based/categorised).
The Plasma default setting is to switch between Activities with 
+Tab, but this being KDE is of course configurable.
Frustratingly, the good old +Tab seems to trump anything and 
everything I try to achieve leaving me feeling that I have just taken a 
25 year backwards-step.
You should be able to have the same number of workspaces available to 
you within each activity.

Thank you Aidan. I have set about re-creating the desktops I had,
but giving each one an Activity name. Where the associated icons
appear, I have yet to discover! Also, bit of a nusiance not to be

Meanwhile titles and so forth are defined in the system setting

The vaccination session at Southampton University has started and will 
run until 8 this evening. I saw a short queue there about 16.30.


There will be two further sessions next Monday and Tuesday from 9 to 
17.00 if they are useful to anyone.

building 48 from 4pm to 8pm and are asking people to spread the word.


If this helps any body let them know.

I am going to walk round later this afternoon to check that is happening 
for my niece who will travel from Romsey so if anybody else is thinking 
about it but has to travel a long way, they can check with me first.
