$2300 in a whole year, do you think as an open source community we 
should do this? Imagine how much we could donate to the EFF in just 1 
month.


I always thought Eli Boggs was a pirate.

I'm not suggesting the haproxy list should be moderated but perhaps 
there should be a capture, challenge response or sign up before posting.
