[HCDX] Radio Sweden Intl ceases with transmissions on short and mediumwave
Radio Sweden Internationall will cease with its transmissions on short- and mediumwave at 31:st October 2010. The reason is short- and mediumwave seems a bit old fashioned and the listeners prefers internet according to Radio Sweden Internationall. Instead Radio Sweden will continue its transmissions on the internet. Several foreign languages broadcasts will also cease after 31:st October 2010. Radio Sweden hoped that DRM would have had a larger break-through on the shortwave.
