After several attempts by DXings worldwide, ultimately a RRI id Makassar
she is reactivated!

internet she went through in reformes
last two years, the reform would be completed in the building this year
2015 and surely they must have neat, revised the transmitter and
surely we will have this station to be linked for many years ahead, yet we
must be careful when logging station that it has 4 radios !  that channel
on  4750 kHz

R City Relays:

Friday September 18th at 18 - 19 UTC on 7290 via IRRS and on 846 and 1368
kHz via Challenger Radio in Padova, Italy,

repeated on Saturday September 19th at 08 - 09 UTC on 9510 kHz via IRRS.

The next planned relay via Hamburger Lokalradio will be the following
Saturday September 26th at 12 - 13 UTC on 7265 kHz.

Every Saturday evenings at 19 - 20 UTC there is a separate programme via
Radio Merkurs, Riga, Latvia on 1485 kHz.

** CHINA [and non]. 15565, Sept 17 at 1327, CNR1 jammer is very poor, but 
making het with 15567 carrier, no doubt V of Tibet via Tajikistan, as per Aoki 
at 1315-1340, after shifting from 15568 at 1306-1315. With extremely poor 
propagation from E Asia, have not heard any of these for weeks, and still no 
CNR1 OOB jammers in scan of 12-18 MHz; but one other is surely the CCI on 15115 
under VOA Thailand. Next up on 15575 is an even weaker JBA carrier from the 
so-called N American service of KBS World Radio (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING 
DIGEST)

** MEXICO. 720, Sept 15 at 1200, XE NA, 1202 full ID for XEJCC, Ciudad Juárez, 
10 kW, Grupo Radio México, Extremo 7-20 (Glenn Hauser, OK, DX LISTENING DIGEST)

reactivated KBXD Dallas TX --- no sign of it despite official FCC September 
sunrise for 50 kW day power at 1215 UT --- just KQAM Wichita with unID talkhost 
dissecting the latest Republican debate. This source also thinx it`s off the 
air, and even refuses to display any coverage patterns:

Mark Sills in Denton/Dallas confirms NO signal on 1480 around 1650 UT Sept 17 
(he also says R. Disney, KMKI 620 Plano has been off for at least two days ---

** U S A. 1510, Sept 13 at 0240 UT, ``When the music has to be the best, 93.7 
The Rock``, after Elvis, Smoky Robinson, Rolling Stones, very good, dominating. 
To be expected with 10/25 kW, higher power at night, from KCKK Littleton CO, 
address in Lakewood, both Denver suburbs; while the 93.7 is merely K229BS. Both 
day and night patterns on 1510 shoot tightly NNE/SSW, right at us in northern 
NM. This must blow away 25-watt-night KOAZ Isleta/Albuquerque! But which of 
course has its own FM duplicate. Nevertheless, I logged KCKK last March and 
April in Enid, as in DXLD 15-09 and 15-14 (Glenn Hauser, caradio near Questa 
NM, DX LISTENING DIGEST)

** U S A. 1530, Sept 11 at 0547 UT, in Spanish mentions Luz Radio, ##5.1 FM, 
but this must be red herring. Constantly cuts out audio for 2 or 3 seconds, but 
good signal; ``por primera vez en la radio de Austin``, música tropical. It`s 
certainly KZNZ, CoL Creedmoor TX, with address in El Paso per NRC AM Log, also 
rather misleading: radio-locator shows an address really in Austin. 

Creedmoor is too small to appear in my Rand McNally but presumably somewhere 
around Austin, not El Paso. Loops approx. east/west from here. 0550 UT tabloid 
news, still cutting out; family advice for madres, mentions La Bella Durmiente, 
Blanca de Nieve, quite dominant signal past 0600 UT no ID, plug `Dentro` algo 
program ``a las 12, hora del Centro``; 0601 UT confusing IDs copied as KLVE HD4 
95.5 FM Bastrop, KLVE HD4 95.1 FM, ``Radio Mujer, el sexto sentido de la 
radio``; still cutting out. Radio Mujer is the listed name for KZNZ, but I 
can`t find a correlation in Texas with either FM frequency and KLVE is not a 
correct call. Bastrop is another suburb of Austin. Radio Mujer apparently 
originates in Mexico, per link from Radio-locator, but no affiliate list for 
either country found at http://www.radiomujer.com.mx/
