Cairo is on, horrible crackle and hum, S9+35/40 into UTwente, so bad one cannot be positive the language is English, but the timesignal at 2200 is close to correct. As bad as it has even been. For some days this was off air and had not been checking for it daily, but certainly on now and totally useless, worse than ever.
