From 60 to 22m band, Sept 29 at 0122, all known SW frequencies of RHC, Progreso and Rebelde are OFF due to blackout, but which however has not silenced all the jammers, nor all the MW stations per DXer reports. And poor harmonic on 12000 kHz too. 11850even RHC in Spanish S=9+10dB or -63dBm and another UNID Mandarin? jamming bcast co-channel likely against 11850 0100-0300 KWT * R.FREE ASIA Tibetan Kuwait 9580 kHz CUB but CRI Beijing Latin AM relay in En S=9+5 or -69dBm.
