Kiribati; and only 9/kHz JBA carrier is 882, presumably 20 kW Canary Islands. Note: in such cases of 9-kHz step-tuning on USB 1 kHz below, I make sure the signal is from 882, not 880. However, Gary Pence sends an Oahu SDR screenshot at 0636 showing a trace on 846, so does seem on tonight.
