Has anyone heard anything like this before? ?

Is this a "thing"? Do broadcasters do this sort of thing?

WRMI. Keeps mentioning Buenos Aires, so must be RAE relay. What does
WRMI sked show? RAE block atop the others shows Japanese M-F at 23 on
7570. System D, however, shows 7570 with RAE in Spanish on Friday,
Japanese only on Monday. As usual, WRMI skeds totally inconsistent
internally, despite headed with new date June 7. And such scheduling,
8 am JST over day path is not going to reach Japan (Glenn Hauser, OK,

** CUBA. 11760, June 16 at 0613, RHC English here again, S9+20/30 with
squeal. Usually either here or 11670 after 06 and nowhere else.
Something`s always wrong at RHC. The Other Side:
