I've heard that VOA only sends out QSL cards about once a year now, and that it 
can be hit or miss on who they send them to. Really unfortunate.

Sorry but no info on VOA South Korea.

[HCDX] DX Tests this weekend

the KJJR test scheduled to begin at 0601 UTC on Saturday morning, April 8.

I must say, a station operating from a remote location like that would be a 
wonderful challenge to hear and verify. Hope they find a good frequency.
