Itse asiassa nuo illan tunnit (arkisin 1930 UTC eteenpäin ja viikonloppuisin jo paljon aikaisemminkin) alkavat tuntua varmimmalta mahdollisuudelta kuulla paikallisohjelmaa MW-japseilta. Käsittääkseni All Night Nippon on nimenomaan näiden isojen Tokion asemien tuottamaa ohjelmaa, vai olenko väärässä? Ainakin kuunnellessani tiistaina 27.1. taajuutta 1287 (jossa lähettää vain ja ainoastaan JOHR - HBC Hokkaido Hoso), oli ennen 0100 JST tuleva ohjelma JOQR 1134:n tuotantoa ja 0100 JST jälkeen tuleva ohjelma 954 JOKR tuotantoa. Tässä ei siis pätenyt edes se, että arkisin -0100 JST tulisi omaa ohjelmaa. Ellei sitten tämä Hokkaido Hoso kuulu niihin asemiin, jotka eivät lähetä All Night Nipponia ollenkaan, vaan releoivat vähän ketä sattuu. You would have been listening to a statewide weather report by John Polaski of the Northern Broadcasting system, based in Billings, Montana. The local commercial was for Zomar Trucking Company, located in the town of Conrad, about 25 miles south of here. I must say you DX listeners are very dedicated to your hobby! I receive one or two letters each winter, and almost all are from Scandinavia. One reason KSEN is so hard to pick up is that we are off the air each day from 12:15am-5:30am MT, so you only have a few minutes to catch us. Shelby is a small town of about 2900 people, located about 90 miles north of Great Falls, Montana, and about 35 miles south of the US/Canada border. Our local economy is based mostly on agriculture (wheat and cattle) and some oil and natural gas production. Our local Chamber of Commerce has a website if you'd like to visit it. www.shelbymontana.org I would love to visit Finland or Norway one day. Nyt on harvinainen mahdollisuus kuulla ihan oikea paikallisasema tästä maasta. Kuuluvuus on ollut parhaimmillaan aamupäivisin n. klo 08 UTC ja iltapäivisin 13-14 UTC. Idit ovat muotoa Cesky Rozhlas Ostrava. Kello 14 aloittaa Moskova, joka vie aseman mennessään. Kuuluvuuden mahdollistaa Rooman poissaolo kyseiseltä taajuudelta. Taajuudella 864 puolestaan lähettää Pariisin Cityradio France Bleu. Paikallista tullee läpi päivän ja ainakin aamuisin kuuluvuus on miltei erinomainen. Idit ovat muotoa Cityradio Paris, France Bleu sur 107,1. Kiinalainen Sichuan PBS on intoutunut välillä suorastaan hienoon kuuluvuuteen taajuudella 6060. Parasta aikaa on 11-13 UTC. Tasa- ja puolituntien idit ovat muotoa Sichuan Renmin Kuangpo Tiantai. Lisäksi annetaan ohjelmakuulutus englanniksi (!) This is the Voice of Golden Bridge. Moi, Siinä Pentin viimeisessä lauseessa homma on kiteytettynä: hyvä ja asemaa kiinnostava raportti + lisukkeet tietysti on se yleisperiaate, joka pätee aina. Lisuke on yleensä postikortti tai vastaava, joidekin maiden kohdalla myös vastauspostimaksu, mutta siitä ei ole ollut ihmeempää iloa yleensä. Hyvä ja mielekäs raportti on ehdottomasti sellainen asia, jolla massasta erottuu. Sen on nähnyt niin monilla asemavierailuilla. Loistavia tämän taidon osaajia ovat mm. Österholmin Janne ja Mäkeläisen Mika, vain muutamia mainitakseni. Ulkoasu on myös hyvin tärkeä ja siinä ei liene Anders Willföriä voittanutta. Paljon olisi siis parannettavaa itsellänikin. Vastausprosentteja en ole koskaan laskenut, johtuen tilastointisysteemeistäni. Raportit kun ovat hajallaan eri faileissa. Toistaiseksi olen pitänyt sitä liian työläänä hommana. En blandning av stationens vanliga program på 102,6 MHz och diverse specialprogram specifikt producerade för mellanvågssändningen kommer att sändas. Även sändning via internet diskuteras. Under november månad kommer mer information kring sändningen samt programtablå att presenteras efterhand på denna sida. Sändningsstart är planerad till 1 december. Tervehdys taas, Sain juuri vastauksen Radio Mayak Samaralta 72,71 MHz (kiitokset vaan JJS:lle osoitetiedoista), mistä tuli mieleeni mainita AM-aktiiveille, että ainakin Mayak Samaralla ja Mayak Kubanilla (Krasnodar) on runsaasti paikallisuutisia ja paikallismainoksia FM:llä. Varmin hetki on muutama minuutti ennen tasatuntia. Näitä kannattaisi kytätä keskiaalloillakin. Tuloksena voisi olla mukavia FFF-harvinaisuuksia myös muilta paikkakunnilta, jos Venäjän Mayak-asemille leviää laajemminkin kiinostus paikallisiin mainostuloihin. Myyjä oli uusiseelantilainen kaveri, ostaja käytti nimimerkkiä the fang. Patrick Griffith teki tämän jälkeen pientä tutkimusta asiasta ja totesi, että sama ostaja on hankkinut useita QSL-kortteja ja maksanut niistä isoja summia. Ehkä olisi aika inventoida QSL-kokoelma?
