AUSTRALIA   re RA anomaly on July 29.

Radio Australia Shepparton relay back on their usual schedule.
At 1035 UT on July 30 heard on 9580 kHz S=9+20dB in Brisbane Queensland
unit, but the remaining both 12065 and 12085 kHz channel signals SKIP OVER in Brisbane during downunder winter night. Noted in Tokyo Japan remote SDR rx as 12065 kHz S=5 or -93dBm, and weaker level on 12085 kHz S=3 or -98dBm close to threshold.

Weather report at 1036 UT with lots of given temperatures in Pacific.
