[HCDX] New NHK SW Frequency?

Good conditions on the higher bands a couple nights
ago.  From 0100 to 0200, several of the NHK
World/Radio Japan 17 meg frequencies were audible in
the English language.  The best was 17825, but this is
not listed in the broadcast schedule on NHK's website.
 

Also, checking A06 schedules posted on HFCC.org and
others, did not show this frequency in use at this
time.

Is this a new frequency?  Also, does anyone know if
this is from the Yamata site, or one of the relays
they use?
