[Hardhats-members] mumps strangeness continues - Taskman problem?

I am probably going to start this install over but I thought I would put this 
out here in case it helps.

 TaskMan Files UCI and Volume Set:  VAH,ROU

I notice you have a very high job limit. Did Taskman try to create more
submanagers than the system could handle?

My guess would be an OS directory/file permission issue, but I don't know 
anything about *nix
