Re: [Hardhats-members] Service/Speciality for Consults

2005-02-16 Thread Kevin Toppenberg
Nick,

If you could explain a little bit more, I would be
able to follow you more easily. Don't worry about it
on this issue, but it helps if explainations can be
written with the assumption that readers are not
familiar with the area or issue.

Thanks
Kevin

Llyod,
Yes you can access the Soruceforge archives for this list here:
http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/forum.php?forum=hardhats-members
I thought that another archive would have bee set up as well that in the
past was more searchable than the Sourceforge oneGreg contact me off
line if you need a pointer to that free service...have to run and don't
have it at hand.

No fair, Nick, You need to tell us how you solved it! Think of the

More of us need to document what we do on these adventures as well.
We should
be putting together a book about installing and configuring VistA and
asking
Riley to publish it. That would do a lot to get VistA on the world map.

2005-02-16 Thread Nancy Anthracite
Thank you. I was partly trying to tease you, but not entirely because these
answers are important no matter how trivial they may seem. If you ran into a
problem, someone else will when they follow the same path you do. I think we
all have experienced hours of frustration solving a problem that literally
takes seconds to fix once you know how to do it. So, I hope I didn't offend
or scare you away from continuing to ask questions - and continuing to answer
them. We appreciate what you are doing.

Re: [Hardhats-members] Service/Speciality for Consults

2005-02-15 Thread Nick James
Nancy,
I thought i would write how i solved it in may mail,
but was wondering if anyone would find it useful!
Sorry.

This mailing list has been a source of great help and
support, i think it is something that i would find my
privelege to contribute to, if i can with the little i
know!!!

As far as the problem i had with not being able to
order the consult the set up Consult services option
in the Consult mangement option is used.
Here the service/specialty is to be specified (that
would show up in CPRS from the order consult)

As far as the setting up of the procedure is
concerned, the setup procedure option, again in the
Consult mangement option is used to enter the
procedure(s) to be ordered!

Let me know if i could help any further!

Thanks,
Nick
