While I never timed my batt life before when I was running the 4200 I haven't noticed any decrease in battery life with the 5400 at all either and it's all variable depending on what one is doing so as long as it's in runs it's probably within acceptable parameters for the end user but as always YMMV. ;-) --+-- Wayne D.
