This model uses either a Samsung LTM220M1 or an AU Optronics M220EW01. Both
of these are TN Film type panels. They'll provide a good response rate and
are economical, at the expense of color reproduction (color depth and color
accuracy) and viewing angle. A good price on a moderately-sized panel,
though. 1680x1050 (WSXGA+) may be a bit low on the resolution. Most 20 WS
panels are 1680x1050, whereas most 24 WS panels are 1920x1200 (WUXGA).

I picked up the 20 inch version about three weeks ago. Very happy with
it; except the piano finish attracts dust like mad. Came with a dust
rag, and I know why. Picture is sweet. I don't do much gaming, but
movies play very well.

best,

I read the reviews, and actually they say this one *does* use the S panel
instead of the TN most others use, which would make this a screaming deal..
:)

They're both TN+ film panels. The S panel is simply the TN panel made by
Samsung. It's better than the AUO, but still is a TN+.
