Menurut saya sich gak masalah wktnya menurut wkt mana? Yg penting terhubung dgn jejaring cahaya dan niatnya... Dan juga yang perlu diingat adalah kualitas dari meditasi itu sendiri, bukan kuantitasnya sehingga lamanya meditasi tidak mempengaruhi kita.
