TEKNIK MEMINDAHKAN ENERGI KE CHAKRA JANTUNG DAN SOLAR PLEKSUS. Dalam beberapa hari ini sehat dengan kundalini reiki memperoleh pertanyaan dari sahabat perihal teknik memindahkan energi yang terkumpul di kedua chakra kedua telapak tangan ke chakra jantung dan chakra solar pleksus. Tentunya Anda yang telah mengikuti attunement KR -6 sudah bisa membayangkan bagaimana mengumpulkan energi di kedua chakra telapak tangan selama proses attunement berlangsung tetapi belum tahu caranya memindahkan energi ini pada kedua chakra tersebut. Sebenarnya caranya sangat mudah sekali. Selepas mengikuti attunement itu pada kesempatan lain dalam latihan, Anda dapat langsung memindahkan energi yang terkumpul ke chakra jantung lebih dulu. Langkahnya sama dengan sikap tubuh saat menerima atttunement level 6 yaitu kedua telapak tangan disatukan di depan dada saling menangkup. Dalam posisi rileks.pejamkan mata..ikuti langkah seperti saat menerima penyelarasan level 6. Niatkan energi reiki dan kundalini masuk dan terkumpul lebih dulu di chakra telapak tangan lebih dulu. Setelah energi terkumpul di kedua chakra telapak tangan yang ditangkupkan ( seperti sikap menyembah ) pelan-pelan pindahkan energi ini bergerak masuk kembali ke chakra jantung ( cukup dengan niat saja ). Rasakan sensasinya saat energi pindah ke chakra jantung lewat jalur energi di kedua ruas tangan kanan dan kiri. Jika Anda peka maka chakra jantung menjadi mekar, mengembang dan semakin lebar akibat dipenuhi energi yang dipompa dari chakra kedua telapak tangan di saat dalam kondisi menyembah. Masih sikap menyembah terus pompakan energi dari chakra kedua telapak tangan yang mulai memenuhi chakra jantung. Pertahankan kondisi ini semampu Anda. Masih tetap rileks, mata terpejam. Jika badan bergoyang ikuti saja goyangan ini. Tetapi bila goyangan menjadi tidak terkendali kembalikan ke sikap awal pelan-pelan dengan affirmasi, "Hentikan gerak pribadi saya saat ini juga agar kembali normal." Terus biarkan chakra jantung semakin mekar, berkembang dan mengembang kelopaknya. Jika sudah merasa cukup pelan-pelan pindahkan energi turun ke bawah ke chakra solar pleksus. Saat memindahkan energi dari chakra jantung ke chakra solar pleksus cukup diniatkan saja. Ikuti jalannya energi yang berpindah ke chakra solar pleksus. Makin lama chakra solar pleksus semakin terbuka, mengembang kelopaknya menjadi rata. Tetap santai dan terus ikuti gerakan energi berpindah ke chakra solar pleksus. Bila merasa energi di chakra jantung sudah tidak ada dan telah memenuhi chakra solar pleksus, segera kunci energi ini agar tetap bersemayam di chakra solar pleksus. Nikmati saja sensasi yang ada di chakra solar pleksus apa adanya. Tetap santai, mata masih terpejam, kedua telapak tangan masih menyatu di depan dada. Sedangkan chakra solar pleksus merupakan tempat kedudukan daya ( power ) dan emosi yang sangat terkait erat dengan organ perut, hati dan gall bladder.
