Harmony throws IndexOutOfBoundsException if toIndex=fromIndex. Code to reproduce: import java.util.BitSet; public class test2 { public static void main(String[] args) { BitSet set = new BitSet(); for(int i=0; i 20; i++) { set.set(i); } set.clear(10,10); } } Steps to Reproduce: 1.
