*Sephardic Horizons* is pleased to announce the publication of the Volume
11, Numbers 2-3 (Spring-Summer 2021) with a focus on Jewish life in Tunisia
and Libya. Included are essays by Harvey Goldberg, Maurice Roumani,
Vivienne Roumani-Denn, Jens Hoppe, Danielle Willard-Kyle. a new play in

[ha-Safran] immigration question

Hello,great problem solvers,

I have a patron who is doing some genealogical research. He wants to know why 
people did not leave their countries. He is especially interested in Russia.

I know anecdotally what the reasons might be but can't find any substantial  
research articles as he requested.
Any suggestions?
