Dear safranim, At the instruction of my library committee, my staff and I compiled a list of the VHS videos we had, and which were available in other formats, and which were not. The list, below, is a list of those that are NOT available in any other format or stream service.
I think they would have more value if they were housed at an academic or special library/archive, rather than in storage at a synagogue library. And, I'm aware that all of us have had to deal with disposing of out-dated formatted resources. But, IF your institution can use any of these, please reply just to me, with an alphabetized list, by title, of what you'd like, and I'll send them when time permits. If you're able to reimburse Temple Israel for shipping, that would be helpful.
