Library Frankfurt/Main we licensed both databases.
Especially since the Index of Hebrew Periodicals covers way more than the JSTOR
Hebrew Journals Collection.

We don’t subscribe to the Index to Hebrew Periodicals but you can see the
description of the Index on their website:
https://lib.haifa.ac.il/systems/ihp/index.php/en/about-eng It’s a
“bibliographic indexing project covering articles from Hebrew periodicals and
monographs” from 1977 on.
