In addition to screen enlarger for library computers (Zoom Text from Ai Squared
which was mentioned) you may want an video enlarger (also called CCTV) to
enlarge any printed matter and display on screen:

Other improvements:
--have reading glasses and/or magnifying glasses available for use
--produce a large print guide to library services
--list your services for people with visual impairments on your website
--improve signage in the library
Then consider holding an event like an open house to promote the new resources.

think that most people today will prefer a reader or any tablet that they
can download eBooks and enlarge the screen see: http://www.aisquared.com
Try also the National Library Service for the Blind and Physically
Handicapped for the DC area and http://www.jbilibrary.org.
