Hi Elliot, It is the right place, and Hoogle is now back up. Unfortunately the server it was run was out of disk space, which caused Hoogle to fail. Hopefully it won't happen again. Hi, Yep, it's all back now. The problem was that the server had run out of disk space. Ian fixed it for now, but do let me know if it fails again.
