[HCP-Users] Task fMRI Stimuli
Are there plans to make the task fMRI stimuli available for download? We are considering running matched task fMRI paradigms with some of our subjects. Regards, Sean ___ HCP-Users mailing list HCP-Users@humanconnectome.org http://lists.humanconnectome.org/mailman/listinfo/hcp-users
Re: [HCP-Users] projecting from volume to R440 template (subcortical and cerebellum)
Thank you for replying Timothy. However I am asking about mapping to the group template, and my volumetric map is not from a HCP subject. How do you think I can map the subcortical data in this case? I am trying to use wb_command -volume-to-surface-mapping -cifti-create-dense-scalar. It works fine for the two hemispheres. Yet for subcortical volume, I can not find a label volume file for the R440 template. Similarly, for cerebellum, I can not find a cerebellum surface file for R440. Would you please help? Thank you Dr Glasser for your valuable inputs, it sure made the pre surfer analysis of lifespan data move ahead. I am using HCP pipelines version 3.4.0. It has stopped again now and says the following error after doing Topup Field Map Generation and Gradient Unwarping. Cannot open volume /home/xxx/xxx/xxx/HCP_data//LS2001/T2w/T2wToT1wDistortionCorrectAndReg/T2w2T1w/T2w_reg_fast_pve_2 for reading! On checking my T2w directory I did not find these files: sinhas@tern9 [/home/xxx/sinhas] % cd /home/xxx/xxx/xxx/HCP_data/LS2001/T2w/T2wToT1wDistortionCorrectAndReg/T2w2T1w/ sinhas@tern9 [/home/xxx/xxx/xxx/HCP_data/LS2001/T2w/T2wToT1wDistortionCorrectAndReg/T2w2T1w] % ls T2w_reg_init.mat I am attaching the PreFreeSurferBatchline.sh and HCPPipeline.sh with the error log for your perusal. If only you would please let me know whether I need to do any other corrections to the scripts to make it run again. Also, will you please let me know if there are separate scripts for the analysis of lifespan data without the gradient distortion correction. Your e-mail got some attachments stripped out, but it looked like you might have exceeded a queue limit on a cluster or something like that, as the first error was a processing being killed.
