[~npopa], thanks for reporting the issue. This can be done similar to
HADOOP-12764 for kms. There are some problem assigning the JIRA to you.
Below is the error message I got: "User 'Nicolae Popa' does not exist."
There are some JIRA permission issues lately. Feel free to post your patch and
we will fix permission issue separately.
