Thanks for the review [~eddyxu].

This configuration is needed only in the Active NameNode. The user has to 
configure the expiry time of a DN in *absolute epoch time* in the combined 
hosts file. For example, user can get the absolute epoch time for 1hr expiry by 
running the following shell command on the NameNode.

# echo $(((`date +%s` + 60*60) * 1000))
1483696115000

Thanks for working on this. I have a few questions regarding to this patch.

There were a few efforts to replace wall time with {{monotonicNow()}} in the 
past, for example, HDFS-6841 and HDFS-6453.  In general, different nodes can 
not guarantee time are synchronized, i.e., between clients, NameNode and 
DataNodes. 

Btw, IIUC, the expiration time set by client is the delta time instead of 
absolute time?

Couldn't find the failed test details under the test report directory. Going by 
the test name, it should not related to the patch. The same test passes locally 
with the patch.
