On http://glpk-cli.sourceforge.net I have a released a project providing a C# sharp language binding for the GLPK library.
You can find the git repository at https://github.com/xypron/glpk-cli . The library provides support for MIP callback and terminal listeners. GLPK library errors are graciously caught as C# exceptions. Build files are included for Linux and Windows. As the library is built using Swig (http://swig.org) it will be easily maintainable for future GLPK releases. I am aware of Nigel's effort in 2008. But his files seem not be available online anymore.
