Re: Updating bundler on Bamboo Thursday
It looks like Bundler was updated to 0.9.23, which is great. However, I am now getting the following error on 'heroku rake db:migrate' -- any clue how to deal with it? Read-only file system - /disk1/home/slugs/170591_80044fe_2ff6/ mnt/.bundle/environment.rb /disk1/home/slugs/170591_80044fe_2ff6/mnt/Rakefile:4 Thanks! Rails 3 App Failing to Start
Hello, I have a Rails 3.0.0.beta3 app ( bundler 0.9.23 ) on the bamboo- ree-1.8.7 stack that i'm trying to push, but I keep getting stuffed and the "App is Failing to Start". Keeps giving me a "Read-only file system" error. As a result I'm unable to heroku rake, or heroku console. when I push the master, it says the bundle is complete. any tips on where i'm failing? i'm a bit of a novice. thanks in advance, Dave -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Heroku" group. Re: Default index page on Heroku server
Thanks, Oren. I had deleted "public/index.html" from my local directory, and then I used "git push heroku master" to replicate the updated version to the server. However, this appears not to have deleted the file from "public/ index.html", and I cannot find any documentation on how to do so. Do I use git? Can I use an FTP client to access my Heroku app and manually delete the file? Thanks in advance for your help here!
