I have 2.21.2 heroku client, running on Linux. I see this from a heroku
rake output and command fails:

I can't pinpoint which exact piece of data is causing this, but I imagine
on the server there's a logger.log that includes some poorly encoded
characters?

I couldn't find anything in the changelog since that version that could
explain what's going on, but I am trying the latest 2.26. This happens in a
cron process, so it will take me a few days to see whether this is fixed or
not.

Anyone seen this? Any commit since 2.21 that might have fixed this?
