Re: What changed with the heroku_mailer?
I don't know if this is the problem, but Rails 2.2 added internal support for TLS. I wonder if the ActionMailer patch we've all been using to add TLS support so we can send email through Gmail is conflicting somehow. http://github.com/rails/rails/commit/732c724df61bc8b780dc42817625b25a321908e4 Tobin On Tue, Dec 2, 2008 at 10:21 AM, albemuth [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: Is anyone sending emails successfully after 2.2?? Logs
My Log tab doesn't seem to be updating. I've been running the app today, but the last log entry is from yesterday. I had an error, but I can't check the log file to see what happened. As a slight aside, are there plans to work on the Log tab in general? It's slow, and not very usable in it's current state. Re: Chrome
It doesn't have a Mozilla base, it's based on WebKit. So out of the box, I would expect it to have the same level of support as Safari 3. heroku_user
I've tried out the simple authentication built in to Heroku (using heroku_user), and it works great online, but when I pull it down to my local machine, it obviously fails due to the missing heroku_user command. Has anyone rigged up some sort of heroku_user mock? I played with it for a little bit today, but my rails chops are *very* rusty, and I couldn't get anything working. Thanks.
