They replied and they have alerted their memcache host one of their
servers is having issue.

I just added Memcache to a new app, and the config values are not being 
set. I'm not sure if this is related:

No MEMCACHE_SERVERS, MEMCACHE_PASSWORD, or MEMCACHE_USERNAME
