[Hibernate] NamingStrategy for indexes
WDYT of this one http://opensource.atlassian.com/projects/hibernate/browse/ANN-160 If we decide it's a good idea, we should do it before H3.1 final, but in this case FK naming strategy would make sense too. To be honest, I never liked the idea of setting indexes through hibernate, so I'm not be best guy to advocate this feature. [Hibernate] Hibernate tools now compile and run against WTP 1.0M9
