AJL 20 Malangnya, bukan setakat kita kita menghalang atau mencegah kemungkaran ini, bahkan kita turut menggalakkannya. Para artis itu sudah satu halnya. Memang sudah tertera di baju mereka "Rape me please". Yang kita seronok menonton ini apa halnya pula? Puas menonton, kita pun keesokannya sibuk bercerita dengan teman² kisah si artis yang namanya sekian sekian berpakaian seksi habis. Kutuk bagai nak rak padahal kita tidak jauh bezanya. 2. Cinta, Kasih Dan Sayang Anehnya, ketika kita 'berdating' dengan Kekasih Yang Haq, kita tidak begitu peduli dengan penampilan kita. Bukan setakat pakaian yang selekeh, malah kadang bau badan yang cukup tidak menyenangkan. Apakah itu caranya kita menzahirkan rasa cinta kita kepada Allah? Benar, yang penting niat yang baik. Tetapi, apakah kita tidak berniat kelihatan menarik di hadapan Allah seperti mana kita cuba lakukan di hadapan pasangan kita? 3. Solat Sebagai Tanda Kasihnya Allah Solat adalah anugerah. Maka sewajarnyalah ia 'dilayan' sebagai satu anugerah. Lihat saja bagaimana seorang Dato' menjaga pingat darjah kebesarannya. Diletakkan di dalam kotak yang khas, digilap dan dipamerkan dengan bangga setiap hari. Tidak bolehkah kita menjaga solat kita sebegitu? SalamBegitulah hakikatnya, yang ramai orang kita kurang sedari. Camaner nak buat? Bg kita yang didedahkan dgn informasi sebegini, ok laa, ada juga maklumat yang boleh kita "fikir sejenak", tapi bagaimana pula dengan mereka2 yang mis-info ( yang tidak berpeluang mendapatkan info )? Maka terus-terusan laa mereka hanyut dalam kemewahan ( atau kerugian ) yang melingkari hidup mereka. Sebab mereka sebenarnya tak tahu yang mereka itu "dipergunakan" untuk menjana kemewahan orang lain yang mereka percayai!!! Saya bukan nak cerita pasal kelebihan dan kekurangan kerajaan yang memerintah, cuma nak luahkan sedikit yang terpendam dihati, yang kasihan melihat nasib segelintir ( kalau tak banyak laa ) orang kita yang seagama, bangsa dan negara saya sendiri yang tak habis2 ditindas, yang dinafikan HAKnya oleh segelintir BARUA2 yang diharapkan untuk mengubah nasib kami rakyat marhaen!! Saya mengUNDI pembangkang bukan dengan niat untuk mementang KERAjaan, tetapi matlamat utama saya ialahsupaya KERAjaan sedar yang bukan semua yang dia buat itu saya sokong! Bagi saya, 100% undi untuk kerajaan yang memerintah bermakna 100% sokongan terhadap apa yang mereka nak buat. So, inilah peluang bagi mereka untuk menjana semaksimum mungkin agenda2 untuk memenuhi nafsu serakah mereka. Seandainya ini semua tidak ditentang, maka tidak hairan laa kalau mereka BERADU LENA di kerusi empuk masing-masing. Takdak sapa yang tak setuju apa yang depa buat, so kalo depa kenyang sorang-sorang pun lu nak kata apa?? Musadad menyampaikan kepada kami katanya, Bishk al-Mutaddol menyampaikan kepada kami daripada Ubaidillah daripada Nafi` daripada Ibnu Umar, katanya: "Ada seorang lelaki bertanya kepada Nabi saw dan di waktu itu baginda saw sedang berada di atas mimbar: "Apakah pendapat engkau mengenai sembahyang malam wahai Rasulullah?" Baginda saw menjawab: "Dua rakaat, dua rakaat. Selanjutnya jikalau engkau bimbang masuk waktu solat Subuh, maka sembahyanglah satu rakaat iaitu merupakan solat yang sebagai penutup bagi orang tadi perihal apa-apa yang dikerjakan dalam solatnya itu." Sesungguhnya Ibnu Umar ra juga pernah berkata: "Jadikanlah olehmu semua akan penghabisan solatmu itu berupa solat yang ganjil rakaatnya (witir), sebab sesungguhnya Nabi saw memerintahkan hal yang sedemikian itu." Daripada hadith ini, menunjukkan bahwa cara sembahyang malam (solat-solat sunat selepas Isya`) yang paling afdal adalah dengan secara dua rakaat, dua rakaat. Yang dimaksudkan "dua rakaat, dua rakaat" itu ialah dua rakaat bagi salam, dua rakaat bagi salam. Sungguhpun begitu, ada juga qaul dari mazhab Abu Hanifah yang menyatakan bahwa yang dimaksudkan dengan "dua rakaat, dua rakaat" itu ialah dua rakaat satu tasyawud, dua rakaat satu tasyawud dan rakaat ke 4 baru bagi salam, namun pendapat ini tidak kukuh. Dalam banyak-banyak hadith yang menyebutkan tentang sembahyang malam Rasulullah saw, tak jumpa lagi riwayat sebut Nabi saw buat lebih dari 13 rakaat. Bilangan rakaat jadi ganjil disebabkan Nabi buat witir, itupun setakat 11 rakaat sahaja. Manakala tambahan 2 rakaat lagi yang menjadikan 13 itu, perawi dari hadith Aisyah menafsirkan bahwa 2 rakaat tambahan itu adalah 2 rakaat solat sunat sebelum solat fajar. Maknanya, start dari selepas Isya`, campur dengan 2 rakaat sebelum Subuh, total-up, solat sunat malam Nabi dok ada 13 rakaat sahaja. Jadi mana mungkin ada orang kata solat sunat malam Rabiah Adawiyah sampai 1000 rakaat satu malam?...Sedangkan satu malam, tak sampai pun 1000 minit. Katalah start dari pukoi 9 pm sampai 6 am esok pagi, kalau change the whole nite to minute, dia jadi 9hrx60=540 minit saja. Tak sampai pun 600 minit. So macamana nak sembahyang 1000 rakaat sepanjang malam?...Tak logik tuan-tuan. Sebenarnya Rabiah Adawiyah sendiri tak pernah buat cerita kelentong tu. Tapi main dengan pengikut-pengikut yang semangat lebih, depa reka cerita bagi nampak Rabiah Adawiyah sebagai wali yang hebat, sedangkan semua para auliya` adalah pengikut sunnah Rasulullah saw. Dalam hadith Aisyah yang diriwayatkan oleh Imam Muslim, apabila Nabi saw bangun dari tidur, baginda akan start sembahyang malamnya dengan dua rakaat yang ringan sebelum proceed ke dua rakaat, dua rakaat seterusnya dengan bacaan-bacaan surah yang panjang. Kebiasaannya Nabi saw buat dua rakaat, dua rakaat, dua rakaat, sampai cukup 10 rakaat, last sekali Nabi tutup dengan satu rakaat. Oleh sebab itu, ulama-ulama hadith lebih menyokong bahwa solat witir dibuat secara dipisahkan dua rakaat, dua rakaat dengan satu rakaat yang last tu. Katalah kita nak buat witir 3 rakaat, so kita sembahyang dulu dua rakaat, bagi salam, and then bangun buat satu rakaat lagi, bagi salam. Itu caranya. Sebenarnya banyak hadith-hadith menegaskan tentang solat witir, sehingga dikalangan ulama jadi khilaf. Ada sebahagiannya kata ianya wajib, tetapi qaul yang kuat kata ia tidak wajib, namun, ia adalah sunat muakkad. Waktu solat witir ialah sebaik sahaja selepas solat Isya` hinggalah sebelum masuk waktu Subuh. Jadi, boleh buat solat witir sebaik selepas solat Isya`. Namun, kalau yakin boleh bangkit tengah malam, tuan-tuan boleh buat di akhir solat malam. Nabi saw pernah kata kat Abu Bakar ra, "Engkau ambil yang yakin" sebab Abu Bakar buat witir selepas waktu Isya` dan sebelum dia tidur. Abu Bakar buat awal sebab dia bimbang tak jaga tengah malam. Ada pun Umar ra, Nabi kata kat dia, "Engkau ni ambil hat kuat" sebab dia bangkit tengah malam dan buat witir di akhir solat malamnya. Nabi saw puji kedua-dua sahabatnya. Dari banyak-banyak hadith tentang witir, menunjukkan baginda saw melakukan solat witir ini dengan kadar yang boleh diagak oleh para ulama, Nabi buat maximum 11 rakaat, dan paling minimum 1 rakaat. Ada juga hadith yang menyebut bahwa Nabi saw pernah buat 9 rakaat sekaligus dengan duduk tasyahud pada rakaat yang terakhir. Namun ada juga hadith sahih yang diriwayatkan oleh Imam Muslim daripada Aisyah rha, yang menyatakan bahwa Nabi tasyahud pada rakaat ke 8 dan ke 9. Ini bermakna Nabi buat dua tahiyat. Bila mai masalah witir buat 3 rakaat, perlu diingat bahwa ada hadith Nabi saw melarang, jangan dijadikan solat witir sama dengan solat Maghrib. Oleh sebab itu, ada ulama buat 3 rakaat serentak dengan satu tasyahud, supaya tidak sama dengan Maghrib. Tapi cara itu tidak disukai oleh Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal rahimallahu ta`ala. Bismillah [hidayahnet] Juara Lagu vs Solat
Assalamualaikum, Ada seseorang menghantar email peribadi kepada saya menyuarakan pendapatnya kenapa isu seperti ini perlu diulas seolah-olah kita terlalu mengambil tahu hal artis. Hal lagho dsb. Sebenarnya saya sendiri pun tak duduk mengadap tv menonton Juara Lagu kerana ada keutamaan lain. Apa yang mencetuskan saya untuk mengulas ialah apabila melihat orang memiliki kesalah-fahaman berkenaan dengan Juara Lagu yang dikaitkan dengan tinggal solat sahaja. Bagi saya, kita bertanggungjawab untuk highlight bahawa masalah bukan sekadar tinggal solat. Jika bersolat, berpakaian menutup aurat tetapi duduk dalam majlis maksiat – tetap dapat dosa juga. Sebenarnya kita perlu juga menyedarkan kepada umat Islam bahawa setakat menjalankan ibadah khusus sahaja bukan bermakna kita telah cuba semaksima mungkin untuk melihat Islam itu dimartabatkan (rujuk surah at-thagabun 60:16). Islam bukan sekadar duduk di masjid dan di atas sejadah (rujuk asbab an-nuzul surah taubah ayat 24). Dalam pada itu, umat Islam juga perlu dimaklumkan kenapa ia berlaku yang mana saya sentuh tentang menjana keuntungan tanpa mengira halal-haram. Ulasan saya menjurus pada symptom (orang tinggal solat sebab nak tengok juara lagu) dan juga akar masalah (root of the problem) iaitu tidak adanya Islam diterapkan/dilaksanakan secara Kaffah (keseluruhan) menjadikan sistem selain Islam iaitu sistem kapitalis bermaharajalela dan halal-haram tidak dipedulikan. Apabila mereka memegang kuasa – mereka bebas menerapkan apa sistem atau perundangan untuk semua. Hasilnya ialah symptom atau tanda-tanda lahir dari berpaling dari peringatan Allah (rujuk surah taaha ayat 124) iaitu kemaksiatan dsb. Masalah akar disini adalah tidak adanya Islam dalam kehidupan secara syumul, menyeluruh hingga artis muncul setiap hari, ujud majlis maksiat hingga solat entah ke mana dsb. Masalah tidak selesai dengan mengubati symptoms sahaja tetapi akar masalah (punya penyakit sebenar) yang perlu diubati. Punca masalah ini hanya dapat dilaksanakan dengan mengambil/melanjutkan Islam dalam kehidupan (istina' fii al-hayatil Islam) - dalam sistem Sosial, sistem Pemerintahan, sistem Pendidikan, sistem Perundangan, sistem Ekonomi dll. Afterall, jika TV3 memulakan sesi red carpet lepas solat Isyak sekalipun ~ majlis maksiat tetap haram dan tidak boleh diteruskan. Get what I mean? Point utama bukan isu artis tetapi masalah Islam yang dipandang remeh. Maka amat penting memaklumkan kepada umat Islam sesuatu supaya mereka dapat memikirkan sesuatu dan tidak melihat Islam itu hanya dari aspek ibadah ritual sahaja.
