But the slide baskets are not compatible because of some small differences. I have both. I am using mostly sakura stainers. So, I need to transform the CR 10030 DAKO coverslipper to accept the Sakura baskets - it is possible : _ __I am looking for some small used parts of a Sakura (Tissue-Tek) GLC 550 glass coverslipper._ Can someone help ? [Histonet] Histonet anniversary and welcome to Dr Sengupta
Dear Histonetters, In a couple of weeks, Histonet will celebrate its 19th anniversary! It is hard to believe it has been in existence that long. I would like to say thanks to all the members who contribute to the list, sharing their time and expertise with others in histology-related fields. We currently have 3800 subscribers from at least 30 countries ( last time I counted). It is amazing to see how the list continues to provide new insights and information after all these years. I'd also like to say welcome to Dr Anita Sengupta, who is taking over for Dr Sandy Cope as a co-administrator of the list with me. Anita is also a pediatric pathologist and she will help with some of the issues with list subscribing etc. Please continue to be patient with us if you are having list issues as we often get busy in our day jobs. If your message to the list doesn't post and it says it is because you are not a member, please see if you need to update your email address on the membership page. Remember you can only post to the list from an email address that matches exactly with one on the subscriber list. You can always send us an email at the histonet-owners address and we will try to help you out. Best wishes for a happy and safe holiday season. [Histonet] Thank you Dr Margraf!

RE: [Histonet] Histonet anniversary and welcome to Dr Sengupta
For those around long enough to remember, when Histonet was first created, there was a contest to see who could come up with a catchy phrase to but on buttons to be worn at the NSH that year. The phrase was Have we met on the Histonet? and the author was yours truly. I think I may have the button around somewhere still. Many thanks for this valuable resource!! Douglas A.
