[Histonet] IHC

I am relatively new to IHC although I have several years
experience in IF

I am trying to set up IHC and one of the problems I face is
non-differentiation between nuclear and HRP staining. 

Any suggestions or advice?

[Histonet] Help with eosin stain

I am having a problem with eosin staining getting washed away in the upgrades.
Eosin was prepared in isopropyl alcohol, followed one of the 
protocols online.

Please advice.
