Hello Histoneters, I am relatively new to IHC although I have several years experience in IF I am trying to set up IHC and one of the problems I face is non-differentiation between nuclear and HRP staining. [Histonet] Help with eosin stain
Good morning Histoneters! I am having a problem with eosin staining getting washed away in the upgrades. Eosin was prepared in isopropyl alcohol, followed one of the protocols online. Please advice. Is there a protocol to section un-decalcified bone?
