[Histonet] Embedding Stamp???
Hi, I am trying to order a tool that I can flatten wavy tissues down at the bottom of the mold for embedding. It looks like a little metal square (kind of) stamp. [Histonet] Histology for Zebrafish
Hi, I need to work on zebrafish for the first time and would like to get some general protocols for fixation and IHC staining. My investigator used 4% PFA for 2 hrs at RT for a whole zebrafish and sections didn't come out right (falling off not preserved well). I am going to increase the time and also try 10% formalin over night. Please let me know if formalin works ok for IHC later. Thank you.
