[Histonet] H Pylori IHC
Hello, we have just purchased the Leica Bond Max IHC stainer and love it. It's easy to use and produces beautiful stains. However, Helico Pylori has been giving us problems with weak and incomplete staining (not all of the organisms staining). Is there anyone using the Bond Max and successfully staining H. Pylori? We have tried two different antibody vendors, Leica and Biocare Medical giving similar results. We have also tried several different Antigen Retrieval methods. [Histonet] H. Pylori - IHC
Does anyone have recommendations for a good vendor for H.Pylori for IHC? We have tried many, but our pathologists complain that they are not specific for H.Pylori and that all gram negative bacteria are staining. Currently we are not running this but our pathologists are interested in it. Thanks! Beth A. Re: [Histonet] H. Pylori - IHC
We use the Rabbit Polyclonal H. pylori from Cell Marque on the Ventana Ultra's... We're a natinowide reference laboratory and our clients are all very happy with the specificty of the staining. Let me know if there's any more information you need. Drew On Wed, Nov 16, 2011 at 17:15, beth@hcahealthcare.com wrote: Does anyone have recommendations for a good vendor for H.Pylori for IHC? RE: [Histonet] H. Pylori - IHC
We use Ventana's, manufactured by Cell Marque. Most, if not all, of out pathologists have opted for this instead of histochemical staining for HP. -Original Message- From: histonet-boun...@lists.utsouthwestern.edu [mailto:histonet-boun...@lists.utsouthwestern.edu] On Behalf Of beth@hcahealthcare.com Sent: Wednesday, November 16, 2011 4:16 PM To: histonet@lists.utsouthwestern.edu Subject: [Histonet] H.
