Hello everyone, Happy early 4th of July. I was wondering if anyone out there is doing MIB-1 staining in mouse with human xenograft tissue? We are currently using Dako's MIB-1 clone which works well in the human ( which is what our target is) but it also has some background issues depending on the mouse line used to host the xenograft.
Any thoughts? I have looked at rabbit monoclonals but I am primarily finding SP6 as the clone there. Thanks, Laurie Laurie Popp, HT ( ASCP)cm
