I am looking to buy a NEW Microwave tissue processor. Could you please give me your pro and con for instruments available in your lab? I absolutely love the Milestone Pathos Delta, which is fully automated that can be used formalin and xylene free without having to buy proprietary reagents. [Histonet] Microwave processor the Histo 5 for rodent tissue
Hello histonetters, I'm wondering if anyone out there doing animal work has used the milestone histos 5 or other instrument to process rodent tissues. I would like your options on the quality. I would be interested to hear if this works well for IHC and bone decaling.. I just took on a part time job in a small GI lab and the previous tech working there left without no one knowing how to use the microwave processor and there's no procedure. I was wondering if anyone has used the Lab pulse Microwave Tissue Processor H 2850 by EBSciences and if there is a procedure for small BX's. The Pathos can only run one run at a time. It does everything a conventional processor does. It is fully automated. On Mon, Dec 8, 2008 at 7:50 AM, Evans, Andria B.
