Good Morning, Is anyone using PAX-8 from Biocare on the Dako Omnis and if so would you mind sharing your protocol/control tissue? I'll also take any information on any Pax8 protocols from different vendors/instruments. [Histonet] PAX-8 antibody
Looking for help with a protocol for this antibody using Ventana platform, either Ultra or Benchmark, Ultraview detection and Biocare's predilute antibody. Would like protocol for any other vendor's antibody as well. We are having issues with light staining and too much background. thank you! Clare J.
