Hello,

Has there been a successful response to the question on SOX10 on Ventana
platform? We have very faint labeling on first tries.

Thanks

We can't get sox10 to work on anything, let alone with a processor. We use
chick tissue though.

[Histonet] Sox10

2011-10-14 Thread Sarah Holt
Hello,

I'm looking for a successful protocol for Sox10 on an automated platform,
specifically the Bond. However, any protocol would be a great starting point.
Dilutions, high/low ph and times as well as if you needed enhancer's to improve
on signal. Thank you in advance for any suggestions!!!

Hello everyone,

Is anybody currently using the SOX10 antibody for Immunohistochemistry?
If so, what manufacturer are you using, please?

This is my first time posting, and I thank you all for any input!

you have a procedure that you would be willing to share as well I would be very
