Thank you to everyone who responded!!  I was given the cell pellets already in 
the matrix so I only had to process!!  It was easier than the mouse tissues!!  
Since we do so few 20-40 at a time I do everything by hand...no automation in 
our lab!!

Have you tried to embed your cell pellets into a tissue microarray?  Two 
companies I would recommend:
www.arraymold.com
www.beecherinstruments.com

Two of the best TMA products on the market.

Have you tried to embed your cell pellets into a tissue microarray?  Two 
companies I would recommend:
www.arraymold.com
www.beecherinstruments.com

Two of the best TMA products on the market.
