These are extremely complex and exacting procedures. It's your
pathologist's job to do this, and your pathologist can't delegate any of
the task to you without giving you a great deal of instruction. Don't try
to charge into this unaided!

PAs and pathologists are the only ones that gross them, we have six hours of 
formalin on the processing schedule to ensure we meet the minimum fixation time 
and Saturdays are rotated to ensure we never exceed 72 hours.
