          PAS : KE ARAH PEMERINTAHAN ISLAM YANG ADIL
 ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Assalamu Alaikum all,
Mari kita faham asas Demokrasi supaya kita tidak silap
jalan...
Demokrasi berasaskan.."Tiada siapa membuli(bully)
sesiapa"..;yang kuat tidak (dapat) membuli yang lemah;
yang berkuasa tidak(dapat) membuli yang tiada
kuasa;yang besar tidak(dapat) membuli yang kecil.
Setiap sistem negara yang tergolong didalam Demokrasi
mestilah mempunyai ciri tersebut..jika tidak sesebuah
negara itu tidak layak dipanggil negara Demokrasi.
Contoh sistem "Tiada Buli(Bully)"...
1. Seorang yang bersenjata seperti polis, askar
dsbnya, tidak dapat menembak seseorang
sewenang-wenangnya kerana SISTEM demokrasi akan
memastikan, sekira itu berlaku polis/askar tersebut
akan dibawa kepengadilan...dibawah Demokrasi dia tidak
bebas menggunakan kekuatannya.
2. Sesuatu kerajaan(pemerintah), sekira melakukan
kesalahan terhadap rakyat Pemerintah tersebut akan
menghadapi badan penghakiman. Di Amerika badan ini
mungkin bernama Kongress atau Supreme Court atau
parti-lawan; begitu juga di Filipina. Di Malaysia,
mungkin fungsi tersebut terletak dibahu gagasan parti
lawan...dibawah SISTEM demokrasi rakyat(alim)lah
sewajarnya menjadi hakim terakhir.
3. Dan banyak lagi...tetapi semua SISTEM itu mestilah
berasaskan "Tiada siapa membuli sesiapa" ; yakni suatu
sistem yang TIDAK memberi ruang kepada seseorang atau
kumpulan untuk membuli sesuatu pihak lain tanpa
menghadapi pengadilan.
Adakah SISTEM diktator mematuhi ciri-ciri
"Tiada-Siapa-Membuli-Siapa" diatas? (Untuk memahami
permasaalahan ini, cuba asingkan SISTEM dari orang
yang menjalankan Sistem kerana demokrasi adalah
berkenaan dengan sistem dan bukan orang yang
menjalankan sistem).
Fikir-fikirkan.
