Fraxiparine memang telah disahkan mengandungi enzim daripada khinzir
(porcine).
Ianya digunakan untuk prevention dan treatment bagi masalah "deep vein
thrombosis"

Ubat lain yang seumpamanya ialah Clexane yang dikeluarkan oleh Rhone
Paulenc. Clexane difahamkan juga mengandungi enzim dari khinzir.
Daripada maklumat yang saya dapati, buat masa ini belum ada ubat yang
seumpamanya yang halal.
Kalau sdr berhajat untuk mencari alternative lain, sedikit lead yang saya
bagi mungkin boleh membantu sdr untuk mencari maklumat yang lebih detail
selanjutnya.
Alternative lain, MUNGKIN penggunaan herba boleh membantu tetapi AWAS kerana
kebanyakan herba tidak sesuai dan tidak selamat untuk wanita hamil (maaf
pengetahuan saya sedikit, so saya tak berani jamin). Sedikit yang saya tahu
yang MUNGKIN boleh membantu, saya cadangkan sdr find out lebih lanjut
antaranya ialah tentang Lingzhi (ganoderma lucidum, walaubagaimanapun saya
difahamkan Lingzhi dinasihatkan berhenti pengambilannya untuk tempoh 2-3
minggu sebelum kelahiran/surgeri, untuk mengelakkan masalah pendarahan
kerana darah boleh menjadi terlalu cair), ubat herba Salindah (ubat herba
untuk wanita hamil/bersalin, ini saya difahamkan bagus tetapi saya kurang
arif). Mungkin juga ada ubat herba lain yang boleh membantu.
Dibawah ada sedikit info mengenai DVT (Deep Vein Thrombosis) yang saya
jumpa. Kalau nak tahu lebih lanjut, kena-lah tanya pakar atau doktor (maaf
saya bukan doktor).

What is deep vein thrombosis?
Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) refers to the formation of a thrombus (blood
clot) within a deep vein, commonly in the thigh or calf. The blood clot can
either partially or completely block the flow of blood in the vein.
What causes deep vein thrombosis and who is at risk?
DVT occurs when the flow of blood is restricted in a vein, and a clot forms.
It can be caused by poor circulation because of problems such as heart
disease, a recent heart attack or stroke, varicose veins, or from inactivity
or prolonged bed rest. DVT may develop during a long flight and has been
dubbed 'economy class syndrome' because the cheaper seats in a plane have
less leg room, encouraging minimal movement. However, it is not confined to
economy class or to long haul flights.
DVT can be caused by a narrowed or blocked vein in which blood gathers and
clots. This can be brought on by an injury to the vein (such as a sharp blow
to the leg), or following surgery or radiation therapy (cancer-killing
X-rays). In addition, DVT can occur during pregnancy as there is then an
increased tendency for the blood to form clots (this is a natural mechanism
to prevent excessive bleeding during child-birth). DVT can also occur as the
result of severe infection, liver disease and some cancers.
What are the common symptoms and complications of deep vein thrombosis?
The symptoms of deep vein thrombosis include:
-tenderness and redness in the affected area
-pain and swelling in areas drained by the vein where the blood clot is
located
-fever
-rapid heart beat
-sudden, unexplained cough
-joint pain and soreness
The most common, serious complication of DVT is a pulmonary embolism, where
a blood clot breaks free from a vein wall, travels to the lung and blocks an
artery. A pulmonary embolism can be life-threatening and needs immediate
medical attention. DVT can also cause a miscarriage or stillbirth if a blood
clot breaks free and lodges in an artery in the placenta, reducing the
oxygen supply to the foetus.
How do doctors recognise deep vein thrombosis?
If a clot is suspected, your doctor will perform a complete physical
examination and take your medical history. A sharp pain when your foot is
flexed upwards may indicate the presence of a blood clot in the leg. Other
tests may also be conducted, including:
-an ultrasound scan of the leg
-X-rays of your veins after dye is injected into a foot vein - this allows
the doctor to see how your blood is flowing
-tests that measure your body's blood clotting mechanism (these are usually
used to check patients at high risk of DVT rather than for diagnosis)

Assalamualaikum warga hizbi.
Kepada saudara-saudara saya sekelian saya harap
dapatlah kiranya menolong saya ini.
Isteri saya telah dinasihatkan oleh doktor untuk
menggunakan satu ubat iaitu flaxiparine. mengikut
doktor ubat ini mengan dungi campuran khinzir.
Isteri saya sedang mengandung 8 minggu dan telah
keguguran sebanyak 3 kali sebelum ini. Dan ubat ini
adalah yang paling bagus katanya. ubat ini perlu
disuntik setiap hari sehingga kandungan 6 bulan.
Jadi saya telah serba salah. so apa pendapat warga
hizbi sekelian tentamg penggunaan ubat itu.
